Mission

The Naperville Area Homeowners Confederation is an umbrella organization uniting local homeowners, apartment, and condominium associations. The purpose of the Confederation is:
  • To foster awareness of residents' needs by developing and maintaining relationships with city, county, school and park districts, and other government agencies - serving as an advocate for and a voice of the people who call the Naperville area their home;
  • To support member associations with their organizational and program needs by fostering an interchange of ideas and information between and among individual homeowners associations;
  • To build, through a cooperative effort, a community dedicated to the enhancement of our property; and lastly,
  • To provide a forum for homeowner concerns and interests.
The Confederation actively pursues these objectives to ensure that it is not just an organization in concept, but most importantly an organization in action.

The NAHC best serves its members when it is utilized to its fullest potential by providing the means to foster communication between member associations, homeowners, and local, regional, and state government officials. Through communication, networking and people-helping-people, the Confederation is the vehicle through which we, the homeowners, can monitor community affairs and generate a positive influence that helps determine the future of our area.

Your Confederation Board has pledged to keep lines of communication open, and, united with our membership, is dedicated to making the Confederation one of the premiere organizations in the Naperville area!
